Hello!

My name is Victoria (Vicki) Yang and I’m a People Ops leader with over 20 years of experience building programs and processes in People/HR related spaces in various industries and company sizes.

Why I do this work

To create space for people/companies to successfully tackle the challenges they’re facing.

My passion is helping start-ups from 0-500 employees build out and iterate upon their People Ops/HR-related programs and processes. At the same time, I believe all this starts with individuals, and I greatly enjoy partnering directly with individual leaders and teams to help them achieve their goals.

How I work

I’m an empathetic People Ops leader who emphasizes both curiosity and getting things done. I have a consultative and coaching approach to my work and believe in working collaboratively within and across teams. Creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces is also important to me, so all my work incorporates a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
